K frame features

This is a question of the huge knowledge base here, that amazes me quite frequently. I recently added a model 19-4 to my rather modest collection, the features, are what draws my question. I have seen the majority of 4" specimens with black on black sights, and almost a semi target?, trigger a and hammer. Mine has a wide target trigger, and hammer, and a red insert front sight, with white outline rear. Are these features a special order on the k frames? They appear to be standard on n frames. In my limited research the model 15 shows even less occasion of the mentioned features. Thank you in advance for the input, attempting to build the knowledge

I bought my 19-4 snub many years ago and it had wide target hammer and trigger black sights.

I've got a 19 with sights like that...can't remember whether it is a 2.5" or 4." Will check on it later.

My 19-5 purchased in 1984, has white outline rear And red insert front sights. It also has a target trigger, hammer, and stocks on it.

I don't know if they were special order but I bought my 4 inch blued 19-4 brand new from a LGS in the late 70's with the same features yours has. Plus it has a trigger stop. Does yours?

Mine as a matter of fact, does not have a trigger stop. When I purchased this one, it had all the extra features that I listed. There were 4 others I looked at, all with the lesser features
