K frame grip question

I have a 19-4 and a 15-4 and would like to know what type of target grips these would have originally had. Also what era are the grips on them from.

The -4 engineering change for both guns came in 1977, which was after the diamond around the grip screw escutcheon was discontinued. I believe the grips with the football cutout on your model 19 were introduced before the grips on the model 15. One or the other of these styles would be correct for your guns, but I'm not sure which, maybe either one.

The grips appear to be the right era.

The changeover to the stocks with the speedloader cut out occurred during the -4 change so earlier ones had the extractor relief and later ones had the speedloader cut out.
