Title says it all.
Do these frames all use the same cylinder stop?

thanks.

...and do 5-screw frames use the same stop as 3-screw frames?

Midway USA offers a clue:

Smith & Wesson Cylinder Stop S&W 10, 12 to 19, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 57 64, 65, 66, 67, 242, 296, 325PD, 329PD, 386, 386PD, 396, 460, 500, 581, 586, 610, 617, 619, 620, 624, 625, 627, 629, 648 ...

Wolff only lists one spring for stops:

Cylinder Stop Springs
Cylinder Stop springs are available in factory and extra power strengths. These critical springs can easily be damaged or weakened making replacement necessary.

A Smith & Wesson parts diagram shows that the K,L and N frame cylinder stops all have the same part numbers so they should be the same.
The K and L yoke screws have the same parts number but the N frame part number is different. The screw heads come in round and flat (may be others) blued, nickel and stainless. Hope this helps.
