Don't belive the date tables. They're notoriously wrong. 1946 probably had 150 guns shipped, not 615. K155 and K166 shipped in 1947, as did yours.

a little history gun was found on top shelf in closet with two other hand guns after a friends father had passed away they had no knowledge of them and did not want anything to do with them thus became into my possession they were not registered so had them cleared and registered

Does your gun have very short rear sights and a brass call bead front sight? I have K17XXX and it has sights as I described rather than the standard patridge target sights.

Probably several on the board here would be interested. Put it up for auction on gunbroker or auction arms. Something like you have, if mechanically sound, would fetch anywhere from $750 to $1200 depending on the day, etc.

yes is light loss of blueing towards end of barrel also has light marks on cylinder from turning gun box went on e bay empty for one hundred so i'm going to put $650.00 on it and see what happens or put it in my closet.

Are you saying you sold the box already or am I reading that wrong?
