K22 ?

I have a .22lr revolver 6 shot K frame 4" bbl I believe this gun is a K22 the serial # is K 173029 I was wondering what year it was made?

That would be a .22 Combat Masterpiece. With that serial number it almost certainly shipped in 1953.

I have # K 187600 and it was shipped 7-22-53 with a target hammer. No box. Anyone have one for sale. Revolver is a good 99%. Thanks, Big Larry
