One of the many advantages of attending the annual SWCA Symposium is the opportunity to buy a pair of brand new Keith Brown grips from Keith Brown !
Keith had a display table of some of his favorites and a sales table with a bunch of everybody's favorites. Each time I passed his table the sales lineup grew smaller, I finally came to my senses and bought this pair of post-war K frame Roper style stocks made from olive wood with Exhibition grade finish.
My photos don't do them justice and they feel as good as they look on my model 17. Keith also donates a pair or two to the annual fund raising auction, he's that kind of a guy. As I said, one of many advantages but a really good one.

Beautiful!

Congratulations.

Those are beautiful. French walnut?

Edit… I went back for another look. I see you said Olivewood. Well, in any case, they are beautiful! A nice addition to your K22.

I tried to make Keith Browns table our first stop after setting up our display. The grips displayed were all exceptional. Two pair caught my eye and it was going to be a tough decision.I asked my wife for her input on which set to get, without hesitation she said both.It was the start of an enjoyable week. Both sets are Black Walnut with exhibition grade finish. The cell phone pictures do not do the grips justice. We met so many nice and interesting people.Glad we made the trip.

That is a great wife,...God bless her

Did Keith or another forum member take a picture of his table soon after his setup showing all of his wares he brought? That is something I would like to see, especially in detail!

Can't go wrong buying any of Keith's grips! I like the darker set.
I didn't know you were a roper grip guy.
It was great meeting you and your wife at the show. Hope to cross paths again sometime.

Rich,It starts to become a problem when you like them all.Nice meeting you and your wife, plus Robert and his wife. Cannot forget Roger and his significant other.Hopefully we can do it next year, if not, when the Symposium comes back to Charlotte for sure, its not too bad a drive from Pa.Hoping all stay safe.
