Key West roadie!

We stayed at Southbeach Miami a year ago from Christmas to New Years Eve and took a tour to Key West. We toured the town and went snorkeling and the water had maybe 3 feet of visibility but they said it gets a lot clearer in the late spring. The town was cute and we had fun but I felt like I saw everything in one day and not sure I would go back, but we LOVED Southbeach!

You've got m mouth watering for some conch fritters and a beer. Last time there my wife got a sailfish. It was a blast.

When catch and release doesn't work out well for the fish, smoked Sails and Marlin are tasty.

Down in Coconut Grove this weekend, kids in town from the Rockies, we discussed some serious boat training time for my boy's new extended family before getting lines wet.

My son's best buddy, the General's son/off active duty USAF/MP and I will get them on course.
The boys have been fishing together since they were 5.

Then we discussed the Peacock problem and my only question was, any recipes?
