Kimber Tac Pro Mags?

I've been looking for some different 1911 style mags and have read a little about the Tac Pro by Kimber.

Are both the 7 round and 8 round .45 Tac Pro mags the same length....with different internals.... or is the 8 round mag longer?

Anybody using these mags in their 1911 style guns? What do you suggest?

There is no difference in length between the 7 and 8 round mags. The difference is in the length of the follower inside. I would give the KimPro Tac-Mags a BIG two thumbs up! I have been using two of them in my Bullseye guns for 3 years and they have worked flawlessly.
