I really wish I had ordered the factory look alike grip for my 4506-1.......I knew this was trouble in post #1 of the original KSD thread

Yes the new website is up, but if you look for S&W semi-automatic grips only 2 styles are offered. They used to have over a dozen. It may be a copyright thing after all.
Also their Amazon storefront is still down. And eBay only has 1 offering for S&W semi-automatic grips, the American flag version.

Hope they aren't being hounded for trademark infringement. If S&W were smart they would work out a deal and contract them out instead of using Altamont. KSD offers a much higher quality grip.
Very unlikely their contract with Altamont would allow that.

Copyright problems might be the reason. On the new website and on ebay KSD is NOT offering any grips with the S&W logo anymore. But on the other hand Mustafa emailed me that fedex lost both of my orders and the reason the Amazon storefront is down/ 99% of Smith Wesson grips on ebay also, is because they are taking new picturesand new products. So your pick on whats going on.
Just sent and got a reply by e-mail (06/03/16) from KSD.
They advised they will be restocked in about 5 days.

Update:
KSD said that they personally talked to fedex management and a new package has been shipped to me expedited. Even though this new tracking number is invalid like the others we will see if this package eventually gets to me.
FYI the shipping offered by KSD off of eBay is $2-$3 slow shipping, up to 3 weeks. On the Amazon site KSD offers FedEx expedited shipping for $16 which is 3-5 buissness days. Both times in this mess with KSD I have used the FedEx expedited shipping, so when people say i should wait a couple weeks i don't think they realize I paid for shipping times way under a week. And my original expedited package was shipped out well over 2 weeks ago.

Mr mikele.Your grips are Coming %100.We went to shot show Last Week it was 4 days long.Many many intrest.we went back 5.day.Our workers said fedex dont have any fedex express envolope.So Orders Were just sitting there.Next day we got the envolopes.We lost 7 days from there.People started to go mad.Because they dont know nothing.500 set grip had to go.I went to fedex they Were busy with other Carriers Orders.This is not just fedex also other one 'mng'...I didnt want to push them...first day..actually that was day 8...Next day ı went there...sititation was same...İt was not getting better...That was day 9...Finally we have it under control.it is not completly under control but at least we can give it direction now.We turned off all the websites.They will be up soon.

Gentilmens.I explain the sititation.Plus paypal is pulling out from Turkey because Turkish goverment kicked them out.So we did need this Break anyway.Everything is coming up.Other Thing we Were about to put New design anyway.and I want all the pictures have same back ground and same light setup.Plus we discovered New materials.We never sold selected walnut grips to you guys.You guys didnt even ask those.We have many exotic wood materials.We did need this Break. I did this personally.This was my choice.I want to put Worlds biggest selection and it is coming.Nothing is easy.While we are Doing this we are going to start using our own marks too.

KSD.....I think a lot of potential customers would like to know if some of your original offerings that replicated the factory grips will be available again....I for one found the look of the factory grips in wood without the horrid girth added by other wood grips appealing

it is No.But we still have custom departmant.it means we still make personalized grips.So if someone Comes and says..i want custom grip..I want it with smith&wesson medallion.We are not Going to take this Order as custom.We are not even going to accept it...This is not costum request..Custom means...İnitials.silver or brass inlay works,pictures,custom logos,exotic materials...But Lets say..Someone wants to put S&W medallion...Easy..They can pop out the ksd medallion and put what ever they want.I guess this will work Mr nocents.But as ı said 10-15 diffrent model is coming.I beleive we are going to have Something for everyone.But dont like them? Pop them out (medallions) and put what ever you want.it is going to be your personal grip.No Body can say anything.But if we make our job right.You gentilmens arent going to need that.

I wish the title of this thread could be changed. KSD is providing an absolutely excellent product at very reasonable prices and their proprietor is responsive to customer requests, really can not ask for anything more. Their workmanship is the best I have seen in a long time. Given that he is providing grips for some models such as the CS9, that S&W and other aftermarket grip manufacturers have lost interest in, this makes KSD even more valuable. The thread title just seems to incorrectly place a negative connotation, and just seems, at least to me, that we have a responsibility as consumers to support such an excellent supplier. Just my $.02.
And as S&W fans, to support vendors who support us.
