I was just finishing up on 100 9mm rounds last week, when my 550 spit the last few primers out. I felt the problem was most likely the mag orifice. That is the blue tip you use when loading small pistol primers. It could have been the original, or I might have replaced it over the past 25 years. I just don't remember.
I called Dillon and got a friendly lady who said she felt the tip (orifice) was probably the problem and she would send me some new ones for no charge. Today, I not only got 3 new tips, I also got a new single primer mag (tube) all for no charge.
That is true customer service.
