Had a buddy of mine make me a couple of these to use in multi gun matches where I will be using my 15-22. I think he did an excellent job!

hlpressley,

Very cool.... Is there a way he could stack them... 2x2 so it would NOT be 4 stacked around on the belt...???? Then have the belt slide between the 2 sets of pouches...so they are not spread out on your belt.???

Garand that's an idea. I need to get my Kydex guy to look into it.

I use a setup very similar to the OP's, because that's what our rules allows, but for 3 gun matches I also need some belt space for pistol mags. I think I'll be trying to steal your idea. Thanks.

You can use regular AR mag pouches if you want. I can use my regular 3-gun pouches with my 15-22 if I like. I use both Safariland and Mako Fab Defense mag carriers.

Depending on the match you can also use the shotgun round holders to hold a single M4 (or 15-22) mag.

I like the clip on clip off kydex though.

You could probably do that yourself. Just buy 4, lash two on top of the other two using the top and bottom holes, then run your belt through them.

Do you know of anybody in our area working with Kydex..??????

would like to find someone to get these mag pouches molded and buils something similar to what were discussing...

Yeah that was the idea I had.

Also if you take the belt loops and mount them on the "oustide" of one then you can run them stacked between each other with the belt in the middle.

I don't, but molding your own Kydex stuff is pretty easy. Lots of tutorials online on how to do it.
