Label meaning

While going thru the safe looking for my 4" 686, I noticed the M above the Features on the label. The gun is a -3, so I didn't think that it would be included in the recall. What else would it mean?

Edit, there is no M stamped on the yoke.

The "M" indicates the update was performed.
