ladies 9mm sight ?

picked up a ladies 9mm second hand it has millet adj sights witch will not adjust low enough it shoots way high with multiple shooter not just myself would M&P sights fit a friend put night sights on his and i can get the free if they will work I do not want to put more money in it

Two questions:
1) What's a lady's 9mm?
2) Does your computer have periods, commas, and a shift key that will allow upper case letters?

I'm going to assume we are talking about a 3913 Ladysmith. If that is the case, no, the M&P sights will not work.

The parts to return the pistol to original sights are not that expensive and the pistol is certainly worth the effort assuming that the previous installation of the millet sights was not invasive in any way.
