Does anyone sell shims for a LadySmith. I picked up one cheap because the cylinder would not revolve. I got it home and discovered that if you point it at the ceiling it would work fine, aiming level it was a sometimes thing and point it at the floor it never revolved. I have shimmed a K frame cylinder but have no Idea where to get shims for an M frame.

Google shim washers. You won't find anything for the M frame, but you'll find generic shims made in varying sizes that you can match to your M frame.

If you measure your barrel-cylinder gap and figure out how much shim you need, I might be able to help.
