Which one is better for my full size 9mm M&P? What are peoples opinions?
Thanks in advance.

I have the 40 M&P and think I'll put in the Lasermax guide spring laser. Reason is self alignment and no need to adjust.

i had a Crimson Trace and it was dead on target, but it did not fit in the duty holster, my next laser will be a Lasermax guide spring laser

i have used the lasermax in my glock and found it would turn on from slight grazes in the holster or just shooting it would turn on, which is cool for a quick selfdefense reason but plinking during the day it would turn on and waste the batteries. I liked it. it did not change the function but the batteries would wear out quick, and I was stuck with the spring that came on the lasermax. I have not used the crimson one yet and that will be my next laser buy.

Just compare the size of the batteries, that should help in deciding. The CT grips use two CR 2032 batteries. I have had CT grips on my M&P9C for the past 5 years, have never had to re-zero them and I remove them every time I clean the gun. I change the batteries every six months, even though they are still working fine. Never had a problem with it fitting in any of my holsters, including my daily carry Crossbreed Super Tuck. Plus, the customer service provided by Crimson Trace is first class.
