Latest Ugly Shirt photo...

Every couple years the college gives faculty members a shirt with the school logo on the breast. A few years back the shirt was an ugly teal color (well, I think it's ugly, anyway) and I started taking it with me when I travel to get photos in famous locations. I will eventually have an album of me in this shirt around the world.

Here's the newest shot taken on the deck of the USS Iowa.

Yes, my wife agrees, I used to have an ugly teal shirt like that one. I think I have it on in some of the old vacation pictures. She says it must have shrunk so she sent it to Goodwill.
I've never been on anything larger than a destroyer.

In the 60s we called it Aqua. On the basis of what my mom did to our kitchen when I was a kid, I'm thinking that she would be very fond of your shirt.

SP, were you in SoCal lately? The Iowa was sitting in the mothball fleet here in Benicia, CA (home town) for several years before heading to SoCal earlier this year.
