When the fantasy of fame and fortune began to wear thin, Rick turned to Jesus Christ.
He was rather bold in sharing his faith. I suppose he did truck on on out and spread the (good) news.

Back in the 1960's the McCoys would run across the state line to play at the Forest Park Caverns in Dayton, OH. Rick Zerringer, (as in Randy's brother) and the boys were pretty hot back then but what happened with Johnny Winters And and beyond was Killer. Always wondered how he got away with the line before "let me do it to you": Maybe I'm just hearing it wrong. Hang on Sloopy was kind of bubble gumish but they got reved up later.

Notice Randy went by Randy Z so as not to tip off the name change.
