Lawyer ??

It looks like I'm going to need a lawyer for some advice.
This will concern a contractor's unsatisfactory work, the insurance company etc.

Are there lawyers who specialize in this sort of problems, or are all lawyers proficient in this part of the law?

You’ll want someone experienced in insurance and construction litigation.

Not everyone knows their way around in these areas.
