I bought some reloading stuff. part of the package was the following slugs which were home cast but not lubed. they are some of the best castings I have seen as I was told the maker of the slugs was meticulous in everything he did. The reason this stuff was for sale was the original owner and maker of these slugs passed away.
I have pretty much set my reloader ventures to
38 special (148 WC and 158 SWC)
9mm (124 and 147 slugs)
45acp (200 gr SWC)
in this package was the following lead that was not lubed.
9mm 122 grain LINO .357 (marked by maker) trun cone- 6 lbs
.358+ 158gr? (have not weighed) SWC, 37 lbs
.358 158 gr 14BHN (marked by maker), 9 lbs
.452 (appears to be 200 gr-need to weigh) SWC, 13 lbs
.358 unk weight SWC (156 slugs) possibly 148gr (3.25 lbs)
is this stuff sellable as slugs or just push as bulk lead (68.25 lbs) to melt down?
as I dont have the means or time to lube using hard lube (preferred) and dont prefer the other luby or greasy methods...plus I prefer to stick to certain slugs.
thanks in advance
