I am looking for recommendations for a good leather holster sized for the M&P45 mid-size (4" barrel). Can be IWB, OWB or whatever. Hoping some of you might have photos of something that you really like that would help me out. Picking the gun up this week. I wear a 1-1/2" leather belt made by Two Fools Leather Goods in Monroe, NC. Thanks.

Here's my mid-size M&P .45 with a Lobo Gun Leather horsehide speed scabbard, my favorite design for extended CC. Absolute TOP quality.

If you look at all the posts about all us satisfied customers of Lobogunleather's work that will give you the best starting point. He does good work!

Iwb is a foxx holsters hybrid holster. More than comfortable. I fell asleep on the couch last night with it on with my 45 in it and have had it on for more than 24 hours now. Still perfectly comfortable. I broke the kydex once and contacted them to see how much it would cost to fix it. He told me just to send it to them and they will fix it free of charge.

Owb is a Blackhawk Serpa. Comfortable and good retention.

OC, Do you have a photo of the back side of this holster? Thanks.

Also, is that called the enhanced pancake model on Lobo's website? You have a great looking holster!

No sir, do not, and it's in storage and inaccessible right now. Ray at Lobo could answer any question you have on the design.

I'd go Milt Sparks VMII or SSII. Highest quality and legendary service. You can often find them at topgunsupply.com if you can't wait. If you can wait, I usually order something like a BladeTech Nano or Eclipse - not leather but versatile and good for range/class/competition use. Other leather I like are from Kramer, Tucker, TT Gunleather, and of course Alessi.
