People seem to think that if you put a sized bullet into a case and then run it into a carbide sizing ring to squeeze it down to a smaller diameter, that the bullet will be unaffected. All it does is make the whole process of slugging your throats and bores totally useless.
Having a fourth die so you can seat and crimp in two seperate steps on a progressive press is a good idea, but that will usually eliminate the need for a "factory crimp die" itself.
