This is a well known photograph of Custer, Buffalo Bill, and Grand Duke Alexis of Russia during their famous buffalo hunt in 1872.
And these guys gave their shot at reenacting the scene. Except for the modern day Grand Duke eating too much buffalo meat, not too bad!
And by the way, the original image was "photoshopped" long ago. Custer and the Grand Duke were photographed together, while Buffalo Bill was photographed alone. At some point in time Buffalo Bill was superimposed over the other photo so all three appear together. You can read about it here.
