Lets see the mini handguns

Funny you should ask this now!! Last year I ran a "Mighty Mini Mouse Gun Mix-up" match at my local club range. This Saturday, in honor of the 1st day of summer, I'm running it again. Also giving extra points to any entry that can prove/demonstrate that they can hide their Mouse Gun in their speedo!!
The match is 40rds., all 5rd. strings, 5yds. or less, and no reloading or holsters required.
Last year all the entries were experienced shooters who went to the range frequently. But they all said they seldom, if ever, shot their mouse guns. Some were even police officers who carried their mouse guns as a backup.
Moral of this....shoot those mouse guns, even just a few mags. at least most trips to the range!!

Keltec started it all with that little 32. Do not own one but know that Ruger and everybody else jumped in on that bandwagon. What are those, 7 ounces? A human kidney only weighs what, 8 ounces? And testicles about 2 ounces each. Yep, pretty darn small gun.

Do own the Keltec Pf9, the smallest made, and carry in alternately with the bigger Glock 43. Great technology in that one. Kicks to much for many but that is fine. If you need it, recoil is trivial.

Nice little pocket litter right there.

I’ve never heard the weight of a firearm be compared to the weight of male genitalia before.

Smallest pistol I own is a Sig P365. Backup CCW carried weak side in a cargo pocket. Not really a mouse gun. I’ve posted it here before and one has already been posted in this thread. It’s been very reliable and easy to hide. Bought it back when they first hit the market. Primary CCW is strong side. I’ve often considered a small derringer as seen in some above photos just because why not? A man can never have too many guns, knives or torches. I also like watches myself.

Beware of firing pin sheer on early 2018 -19 and some 2020's
After my Apr 2019 gun sheered two , SIG fix fixed the 1st time their dime.
The second only the part was offered, smith work was on me at a Sig authorized dealer.
Nice gun but...
I lost confidence in it after I carried the dead weight for many days until my next shooting or should I say NOT shooting it.

These are sort of Mousey, I think.
The Ruger is reliable and a pocket carry candidate. Clean, oil, load with CCI, it’s good to go!
Walther maybe big to be a Mouse.
Beretta so unreliable, more of a question than an answer.

Mine was also unreliable until I found the ammo that it likes. Mine likes CCI mini mag hollow point cartridges that are 38 grains. If you haven’t tried that ammo, try it and see what you think. After about 100 or so rounds, I have to clean mine or it begins to have cycling problems.

I had a melted .32 when they first came out. Absolutely great little pistol. Then they brought out the P3AT. Thought “ more better”. I bought one, so did Son and BIL. Not one of them ran reliably for use, even after return trips to the mothership and fluff and buff. Durns things just did not run reliably (in all fairness these were very early production). Finally gave up and dumped mine for an NAA .32 guardian. Had it for decades now.

This one is kind of a mouse gun. The H&R 733 in .32 S&W L is a real small revolver with a short grip that's no ligthweight with all steel construction and nickel finish. Sadly, the H&R guns are gone for good. I thought the folks in Gardner, MA made quality, reliable firearms at bargain prices.

The sight installation is what I was interested in.
Sorry for the confusion.... silencers are their main business and they do the sights as a sideline, as time permits.

They source the front night sight from another maker and they make the rear sight from bar stock. They just need the slide and the barrel to do the work. After the new dovetails are milled they refinish the slide with multiple options. Mine are parkerized and I had them polish the feed ramp.

The whole thing is done right because the guns hit spot-on for elevation and windage. Cost, as of last year, was $370.00

I think the Keltec P-32 might be the smallest Browning style locked-breech handgun on the market.

Very reliable little guns and much easier to get the hits with combat type sights.

I carry one Buffalo Bore +P hardcast in the chamber and one at the top of the magazine. The rest of the mag is filled with Winchester FMJ flat points to avoid feeding issues. This is the loadout this target pictures.
