Model 34 no dash 4" I-frame and 34-1 2" J frame. The cylinder is quite a bit shorter on the I frame.

Forgive the poor photos, and the cheesy fake stag grips, but the factory numbered grips are stored away in the safe. This is my son's first J frame (only he doesn't know it yet).

Regards,

Dave

My 34-1

From 1982 serated trigger but no pin for the barrel. Looks good but far from the best fitted or machined S+W I have shot.

Beauties, all of them! I'd like to ask a question about the 34s with 2" barrels. How accurate are they?

I like them all, I'm hoping to add a 4 inch version to my collction soon. Now I just need to find one at a reasonable price.

My 2" is "new to me" that I just got yesterday(from fellow forum member Buzzard Billy). The sun is shining today, I will let you know in a bit !!

This is more of a first pic attempt but this little 63 is getting loaded up with snakeshot today and we're canoeing down the columbia.

I have shot more game with my 34-1 than any other rimfire handgun I own... mostly because it seems to be carried more :)

Off of my knees with two hands, it can shoot 1" groups with measly Thunderbolts at 10 yards.

For gunlovingirl

1st time shooting my 34-1 2"

10 yds, two hands, no rest.. its a keeper.

I saw a model 63 at a local shop for $450 last weekend and these pictures are making me wish I'd put it on lay away. These all look very nice.
