Its as NIB, I bought it mounted it on a 22 rimfire in burris rings with the nylon inserts, so it has NO marks on it. Only shot 50 rounds with it mounted. Its a 12x, matte finish, with dot, target turrets s the fx3 model. I gave almost 600 for it, Have box papers etc, is as new. Ill take 425 shipped! Regards Ernie
