I was working in Kanab, UT and I stayed in my camper when I worked.

This is, "was" my truck and camper. :(

Coming home from work Monday morning 3/27/23 I had a seizure, blacked out and drove my truck into the Virgin Rive in Mt Carmel Junction.

When I came to my camper was laying on its side about 10 feet away from my truck and was smoldering due to a small fire started by the water heater.

An LEO was standing next to the truck talking to me. I had no idea what he was saying.

Here's my camper after they uprighted it for me.

On 3/6 I had three doctor appointment up at The Huntsman Cancer Institute to discuss the mass that the MRI showed while at the IHC in St George where I was air lifted too.

This is the mass that the MRI showed. I was actually sceduled for a follow up MRI on the 8th to monitor it.

I met with my neurosurgeon on March 6th and he operated on me early mornings two days later on the 8th.

What he found was blood that was building up around scare tissue from a radiation treatment that killed stage 4 cancer that was in my brain the previous year.
Thankfully he found no cancer.

My local APRN removed the stitches last week ad was very pleased that I'm healing extremely well. :)

I've been really busy with other things too. One week after my surgery I had all my teeth pulled, damage from the cancer and treatments and had a brunch on implants put in to attach permanent dentures too.

I can't work for a while so I've been keeping myself busy doing household choles.

I did find about 1000 rounds of .357 Magnums that I forgot that I had. :D

And today I'm going to install new valve stem seals and a new Edelbrock Performer intake on the 1966 Mercury Marauder 410 that's in my 1976 Ford F-250 4-wd. ;)

Rubiranch, good grief! Amazing story. Glad you are alive. Sorry about your truck and camper.

On the one hand, sounds unlucky, but on the other.... Man, you are one lucky son of a gun!

You've also got more energy than I could muster when I was half your age!

Best wishes for your continued health and happiness!

Life can and many times does drastically change in a flash.

My first thought was "Wow!"

It was also my next thought, as to how you're coming along with life's adventures.

Great to see you making progress and moving right along!

Rubiranch YOU have been through the proverbial ringer! I'm glad you don't seem to be more seriously hurt from the accident. My stepson (type 1 diabetic who doesn't take care of himself) had a suger drop about six months ago and totaled his car. He spent the night in the hospital under observation but he was okay.

Jeepers! Glad your recovery is going well. What is going to happen regarding your driving license? I know some jurisdictions can be pretty heavy regarding seizures.
