Spent the morning at the range with friends, the afternoon at the Porsche owner's car show. Came home cleaned and waxed my M-586 and my new M-19. The "lovely and Charming" is at the ballet with her girlfriend.
As its 1600 hrs. EDT, I'm going to enjoy an adult beverage before I fire up the grill.

What are the rest of you doing to enjoy you day?

Nothing as enjoyable as you, I'm afraid. Went to the gym, ran some errands including stopping by a pawn shop to see what they have. There's an interesting sporterized Chilean Mauser there with a Leupold on it but I suspect it's been rebarreled and don't want to mess with finding out what it is chambered in now.
Now I'm watching hoops on the tube with my pup. Were both hoping the Spurs pull it out.

Went to a breakfast we have once a month for retired and old-time paramedics. A couple of my buds I haven't seen in decades showed up (we started hanging out together in 1976.) It was great catching up and reliving some old times.
Went to the cigar shop this afternoon and sat around with some friends for a couple hours.
Ate a good dinner at home, watched a movie. Beddy-bye time in a bit.

Old bear, heck, you're making us jealous. I cut grass, went to the gym, washed my wife's car, took the setters for a walk, very mundane day.

Did they have any of the new 911's at the show??

Good day indeed Oldbear. I went to see the 2 grandsons up Fort Wayne today. I also had a GREAT day. My eldest "Jaxon got his
Karate trophy and performed for the class and family. The Youngest
"Cooper" well he was just being himself out back by the pool.
I've been blessed !!

That's what I did today, open the pool. I'm actually ahead for the first time in years.

I wrenched on my old scooter all day got showered up and took her for a ride. Now I believe I'm gonna have a little talk with Mr. Beam and get a good nites sleep for a day out on the Ohio tomorrow.

Spent the morning it the garden, then my honey and I got cleaned up and met our long lost grandkids and our two previously little known great grandkids for lunch and some time in the park. Fantastic day!

Made turkey soup from scratch (well, from turkey, actually), did the laundry and had a nice nap. Tomorrow I'm going shoooting and the truck is all set up with a French MAC 50 9mm auto and a Mauser (actually Czech) 38 Special revolver.
