Went ahead & paid $35 for a years subscription . Make along story short I recently bought a new Tikka rifle in 6.5X55SE . Vast majority of load data available from manuals & powder / bullet mfgers is for the lower pressure Swedish Mauser rifles & the even older Krags . Since I have a new rifle of a modern design I want to load it to modern CIP pressure limit of 55,000psi . Short of Vihtavouri's load manual & Norma's which BTW only show data for their powders & bullets , I've been unable to find data . Strange thing is I am unable to find any data whatsoever for 6.5X55 on LoadData , even though Google search will show that they have data posted . Emailed their customer support to no avail . Is there tricks to searching on Load Data ? Another issue for me is that quite a bit of their data is just reprints of powder/bullet mfgers data & loading manuals ala Lee's Modern Reloading . I was kinda of hoping I'd find loads actuallyused by others , shot from real guns etc. Can anyone school me ?

I reload for 13 Swedish Mausers and the rule of thumb is to cut your max by 1 gr. for an old Swede when using loads meant for modern firearms. I suppose this works the other way around when given a load for an old Swedish Mauser. This is found in The Complete Reloading Manual for the 6.5X55 Swedish.

Pick the bullet you want to use, then check the bullet manufacturer for their recommended loadings. Most likely the data will be online, if not contact them via email or phone.
