Loading Block Dimensions

Hi all,
I have an odd one here. I shoot a K frame in PPC, and have a few of the old HKS green loading block boxes that hold 60 rounds ready for speedloading and aren't produced anymore. Some time ago I picked up off of eBay a set of HKS individual loading blocks that can be screwed to any surface such as the wooden half cover on my range bucket. The problem is that while the individual blocks were listed as K Frame sized, they are between .005" and .010" wider on the cylinder hole dimension from outside edge of the ID on opposing holes, which makes the bullets bind up when locked into the speedloader, and withdrawing them from the block gets difficult. I did a brief search of cylinder dimensions looking for the difference between K frame, L frame and Colt cylinder holes but came up empty. Does anyone here have an old HKS box set up for an L frame or Colt that could measure it for me? Or, maybe measure across the face of your L frame .357 cylinder from the outer edge of the holes? I suspect the individual blocks were mis-packaged or mis-labled as they were dusty NOS when I bought them.
Thanks in advance.
Lance
