Loading pistol Mag's

I have done it the old way since 1964...........

Heard about the fancy plastic loader by Uplula and others and even looked at them.
Just that the stores wanted $36 for the "Uni" which I thought was high.

Well today I found it on the inter net with shipping for a total of just $21.39,
to my door by April 5th, or sooner.

I just bought a new 5" 9mm weighing 33 oz. and its two mags were
a little hard loading last night, for practice.
Thought it was time to go modern................
From all the talk, I should be a happy camper.

Never used them in the past (Started shooting auto pistol in 1972). Just recently my wife got interested in shooting and purchased 3 different "EZLoaders"
Made a believer out of me! Going to get my own.

Only been shooting a few years now but the (getting) old fingers can cramp up easily at the range. I first tried a different and cheaper brand of loader and it worked ok just wasn't ideal when tying to use on different size mags. Mrs Claus got me an Uplula a couple Christmases ago (said she got it on sale from an elf lol) and i swear by it ever since.

Now on occasion i do load a mag just by hand to keep a little practice in it, but if i'm at the range for an hour sending maybe 150+ rounds thru one of my 9's (in addition to my .22's) no sense getting sore and taking time away from shooting due to loading issues.

From Uplula:
The  UpLULA™  does NOT load the following:
S&W 7rd 9mm SS for models 908,3913,3913,3953 & 3954 (Beak too wide, does not enter between lips).

This is why I have not tried them.

Back in my brief Glock phase I got one of those mag loaders. It worked great. When the Glocks went away the loader stayed. Who knows when I get old and senile I may get another Glock or a clone thereof. Until then revolver cylinders load so easy.

If you buy a handgun from a real company like Glock they just give you one.

Takes no time at all to even load a 33rd mag. Some of my friends purchased the Glock loaders for m&p mags

I've tried others and the Uplula is about the slickest , fastest and most versatile loader I ever used for single and double stack center fire pistol magazines. ( The true test in my mind is those ultra stiff S&W M&P mags!) I keep one in each of my range bags now. A little pricey but well worth it in the end!

Great Accessory

I use the Uplula loader with my Glocks and my S&W M&P .45 ACP. It works great, especially getting those last rounds in. I shoot through the winter as I use a police range which, tends to be booked pretty solid during the Spring and Fall weather. So, finger-loading a magazine can be especially painful with cold hands.

Just be careful of that little button or lever that keeps the loader in a closed position. I had inadvertently activated it and couldn't get the thing to unlock. Fortunately, I discovered the problem as I was reaching for the crowbar and lump hammer.

I've been using one for around 4-5 years now and just absolutely love it. It takes all the pain out of loading my double stack 9MM mags and I've used it on my SIL's Springfield XDM 45 Auto mags too with no problems. I can definitely load the mags faster too. It takes a little while to get the rhythm down but once you get it, they load real fast and easy.

I use it to load my new Walther Creed 9mm.
Also my long mags for my Kel-Tec SP 2000.
Without it, I could NOT load these magazines to full capacity!
It is worth the money because it works!!!

If it wasn't for my loader, my Shield 9 would be a single shot pistol.

The old, tired and RA fingers just aren't what they used to be.
