Locked up 659

Does anyone know how to free up a locked slide on a 659?
The trigger is not disconnected even with decocker on safe.
Also trigger does not disconnect with magazine out, & both worked prior to lockup. The gun locked up on a partial slide release while gun was empty(it slipped ). The slide cannot be
pulled back since.

Need a better & more detailed description of exactly what you were trying to do when you experienced the "partial slide release". Installing the slide assembly back on the frame perhaps?

Just trying to pull slide back to the slide lock lever. The slide was 1/2 to 3/4 back when it slipped forward. No magazine in weapon at the time.

It's been a long time since I've dealt with this. There are a couple of possible causes. I think in your shoes, I'd call the factory for assistance.

BTW, first check to make sure the slide stop is pushed all the way in.
