So I read this thread and immediately yell "OH NO" and then "how do I get a copy on order?" And my wife says we ordered a copy and paid for it 6 months ago. Followed by her saying there's a copy of the receipt in the stack of stuff by the printer. Oh. Now I feel a bit better except the day it arrives I won't get anything done till I read it end to end. Then shout/swear every time I read something I don't agree with. And then I'll need to make space on that bookshelf for it to live. Which means another good gun book will be demoted to another shelf. Life is tough.
