Gentlemen, I'm a retired Federal Agent and I'm looking for a LEO dealer, or just a dealer, who has the best prices on J-Frame Pros. My health is detereating to the point that I believe a J-frame will be all I am able to handle. Any help would be apperciated.

There are a lot of variables. You might find what you want on the forum and have it shipped to a dealer in your state if you can't do FTF (seller in different state). You might find a dealer who can sell you a gun through a dealer in your state (same issue). The problem could end up being that after you get done with shipping, transfer fee, and other incidentals, you are paying as much or more, and not making an in person inspection or developing a relationship with your local dealer.

If your health( sorry to hear that) includes muscle weakness you might consider an auto. An older friend of mine could not pull the trigger on a revolver due to weakness in the hands. He settled on an auto because once it was loaded, the trigger pull was fairly light. I have seen several late model J-frames ( and some autos) that had difficult triggers for someone with weak hands. Good luck and hope you get better!

Racking the slide on a semi-auto can be impossible for those with muscle weakness. Little .380's are the worse. Partially, because they're so small and streamlined - there's hardly anything to grab on to! For this reason I find revolvers are better for people with hand weakness, but you do have to have the strength to pull thru the DA the trigger.

I will give a thumbs up to Buds in Kentucky. Free shipping, usually quick!
Have bought 6 or so guns from them. (new & used) Reasonably priced if not cheapest. Bob

I'm in Chattanooga, TN

Either order fast before we have to start paying sales tax. Or wait till they get the store open in Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge/ Severville/ Kodiak area

Hero Gear in Winchester TN is a S&W LE dealer. There is also GT Distributors near you.

Yes sir, I was born in Winchester. GT no longer carries S&W. I spoke with Lori yesterday. I'm looking at a G19 for a little over $300 LEO.
