Looking for a field holster, 686 3"

I have been looking for a good leather belt loop, open carry field holster for a 686P with a 3" barrel. I can find holsters for the 4 and 6 inch models, but nada in the 3" version to included the S&W site.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I've got two for you. Try TT Gunleathers OWB Elite DDO Snap Holster. Have one on order for my 3" 686 CS-1. This will be the 4th holster I've purchased from Tim and they are well worth the money and 6 week or so wait.

Great quality, great guy and a great holster. He is the ONLY holster maker I know of to offer a 10% discount to Military, LEO's and EMS workers.

If you want a good holster and want to save a little money, Lobo Holsters make a very nice holster for your 686. Have an IWB from Ken for my 3" 60-10 and for the money it's hard to beat.

Both gentleman are fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend both of them for a rig that 686 would love to reside in.

I highly recommend Black Hills Leather. I'm sure he can make you one in a 3" version. His craftsmanship is really fantastic. It's worth the wait, though the wait isn't that long. 6-8 weeks last time I ordered.
