Looking for approximate date of a 686-6

I picked up a 686-6 for a great price. I've been wanting to add one to the collection. Didn't really want the lock model, but It was a good price and this is going to be strictly a target use pistol. Very nice condition... six inch barrel.
I was wondering about the approximate born on date. Serial number is CZN38XX

2004 era on your 686

My 686-6 was made in 2012 and has a CSU prefix, so 2004 may be way off the mark.

Ok, well that was embarrassing! Yes, the box has 041916. I had no idea it was right in front of me. I just picked it up and it did look like new but I didn't think it was that new.

Forget about it. Nobody notices that date code. What's the sku? Six digit number, begins with "16".

It tells me its a standard production 6-inch, 6-shot, with white outline rear and red ramp font, shipped in a blue plastic case, and wore rubber grips.

I've got the s/n, the product code (sku), and the ship date. Now the next guy that ask, I've got another data point, and I can answer his question a little better.

What is the SKU if the lettering is laser etched? I cannot find one anywhere.
