Standard diameter for jacketed .45 bullets is .451; lead, .452. I'm not a fan of XTPs (load lead primarily) and don't know why they would be .452 dia.
The larger diameter is likely to raise pressures. If I were to load them, I'd follow standard reloading practices and start with the minimun recommended powder load for that weight in a jacketed bullet.
I never had a problem with anything .452" in any of my .45 ACP Model 625s or Glock 21s. In fact, I have a .45 Super equivalent load for my 625s that uses the 250 gr. XTP at over 900 FPS. It's extremely accurate and I've never had any indications of high pressures.
I had a bunch of 452" XTP's that I got as bulelts for a M/L and they included sabots. I loaded them with bullseye and shot them through a Sig P220 with no problems. Seems that all hornady jacketed 45's run 452".
