I recently picked up Spike's CAR1 and installed it with the stock crush washser and Spike's alignment washers. I thought I had it on tight but got back from the range after about 400 rounds and see that it's loose. How tight do I need to have this? Just tighten by hand right? Do I need a new crush washer? Thanks.
