Lousy Range Day

Better to find out at the range, than the Day of the Big Match, or the Big Hunt, or confronting a felon.

Better to find out at the range then while being attacked by communist alien vampires!

Sorry, just had to add to the "better to find out at the range" trend.

That's quite a lousy range day indeed! Hopefully your good karma will catch up to you soon!

I completely agree that it is better to find out now, rather than in an emergency. Was looking for just a tad bit more fun today though.

Some day's suck, some dont! Get em fixed and hope the nasty surprise dept moves on.

well it could have been worse, you could have been sent home from work 4 minutes into the day, found out your truck has a HUGE crack in the block, and found out your father in law stole about 70-80% of your tools and your McDonald wages arn't premitting new tools and you needed the day, that's how my day went, will trade you anyday

I recall a lousy range day I had a while back.

A friend was building me a new race gun. It took him several months to complete it and I was very eager to get my hands on the finished product.

When I finally received the new blaster I set out for the range. When I got there I had ALMOST everything I needed. I had gun, ammo, targets, chrono, eyes & ears - everything. Everything that is EXCEPT a %@#* magazine! Grrr!

Had to go home and wait until the next week before I could play. (It was worth the wait though)

Not a tragedy by any stretch of the imagination, but not a fun day anyhow.

I hope you have something left to shoot while your guns are in the shop...

My mini-14 failed at the range due to a bad firing pin so I understand your frustration, sometimes those things just happen. The good news was Ruger took care of it for no charge and shipped it back with a new magazine, even though it was sent to them without one.
