Just wanted to say that even though I'm not a great shot, at 10 yds with cheap tulammo, I'm proud of my shield. Love this gun

I absolutely love my Shield. I'm a fairly new shooter myself, but find I can shoot good groups with it. I just put Talon Grips on it and plan on taking it to the range this weekend. This is going to be my EDC for now so I want to get plenty of range time with it.

Just put some Talon grips on my 9mm Shield. Also just got an Alien Gear IWB holster. I have to admit the holster is as advertised. Feels like a heavy wallet, but not uncomfortable. I recommend it. For TangoCharlie, we served in the Navy in the same era, I was in '70-'92(AVCM).

Call me crazy but I went the permanent rout and stippled my shield. I love it. And I carry min in a hidden hybrid holster. I also have the alien gear tuck for a different gun but I like the hhh better. It's more comfortable and higher quality

Nice stipple job,. What did you use to do it? My soldering iron doesn't get hot enough.

Thank you. I'm pretty proud of it lol. I just use my weller soldering iron. Just a cheap 20$ one

Love my Shield also.. Traded in my Kahr P9 which was my EDC gun. Much easier to clean after a trip to the range. 400 rounds fired without a hiccup..
