Low flash powder for .38 Special +P

Longshot isn't low flash and it's very LOUD too. I'm not saying it's excessively flashy like Power Pistol but it's not low flash.

Well Arch all I know is that when I made a direct comparison
between Longshot and 2400 in the 357 mag, 1200 fps with
Longshot resulted in greatly reduced flash-boom-smoke than
1200 fps with 2400. I tried Hodgdon's load of 5.5grs LS with
158gr cast SWC for 38spl +P and got 950 fps out of my 4"
md 10. Seemed mild. Haven't tried Power Pistol so don't
know about it.
