M & Ms vs Reeses Pieces....

I love candy--I admit it. WM was having a post-halloween candy sale--50% off. Ive never bought those $8.88 or whatever--priced bags. I bought two--with diff stuff in them. One had Reeses Pieces in it. I like Reeses peanut-butter cups-so figgered id like these.

Nope--the Reeses Pieces tasted like pure suger with a peanut butter taste. Ill take M&Ms over those anytime--any day.

Whats your preference twixt the two?

Neither. The pretzel M&M's are almost impossible to stop eating once you start.

The peanut M&M's are #2.

The Reeces Pieces aren't bad, just not my favorite.

I have a trick or treater in the house and a couple picky candy eaters so Halloween is a big score for me as well.

Well, did you know..

M&Ms have to "age"?

When first made coming off the line they are very bitter...
they need to age about a month to be sweet.

I dump Reeses pieces and regular M&Ms in a bowl and stir 'em up, then eat by the handful. Crunchy Reeses Cup.

M&Ms mixed with cashews is better, though.

I love those tonly they were clean out of them but--Ifound a bag of Candy-Apple M&Ms.Havent tried them yet-so the jury is stillouton them.

Mentioning this stuff--you guys are going to make me gain a few pounds--which SHOULD Be reserved for: Drinking liberal amounts of Egg Nog and such--eating a few dozen Deviled Eggs and lots of turkey with stuffing..

Double thumbs upon this one. I forgot I had a bag of those--sitting all by their lonesome in my fridge so they dont melt. Some of these will get eaten while I watch the last few episodes of season 1of Gunsmoke--tonight.
