Has anyone removed the barrel support in order to float the
barrel on their 15 22?
I was told that by floating the barrel accuracy would be better.
Any actual shooting results to confirm that statement at least with the 15 22.

Welcome Meanolfart43! Yes, it has been discussed before and there are different opinions on whether or not it improves accuracy. I haven't had any accuracy issues using a tripod mounted at the end of the quad rail and shooting 100yds.
