Hello - I recently tried to lower the sear lever to remove the slide and when I was ready to reassemble I forgot to lift the lever. I realized what happened and removed the slide, not I think the lever has a slight bend. I does lift up, doesn't look 100%, and it racks fine - took it to the range and went thru 8 mags with out an issue. Is there any thing I should be looking for or concerned about? FYI the gun is 1 month old.

TIA - Rich

That lever is not straight at all, so you may be perceiving something that is not a problem. Compare the lever to the drawings in your manual.

Or, post a picture. If you can insert a magazine all the way, then it is lifting up. Naturally, do not force the magazine or you could damage the magazine.

You don't lift the lever until the slide is back on the gun. If you forget, the magazine will lift it, but you should check it.
