M&P .22 Magazine Difference

I located some magazines for the M&P .22 Pistol however I have a question on the SKU number. I'm not sure if the online retailer didn't update their description however they are advertising SKU 42251 (I thought that was the old magazine SKU). The new SKU on the S&W website is 42413 for the 12 round magazine.

What is the difference ------ They just got them in stock so I can't see them having old magazines.

Any help is greatly appreciated....

I just contacted the retailer. He advised the new mags are the 12rd Stainless Versions but the SKU does not for whatever reason match the current SKU on the S&W Website.

I bought a couple from CDNN Sports and the SKU they had didn't match any S&W numbers. They said I could send them back if they were wrong. I still have them, fit and work like the others I have. Look identical.

mp22 magazines

There are only 2 skus according to s&w website. 10 round and 12 round (42414 and 42413).

The 10 can easily be converted to 12 rounds. So buy which ever is available.

How do you convert the 10 round magazine into a 12 round?

I have 2 10 round magazines that I need to convert.
