M&P 360 Cylinder Problem?

I bought a M&P 360 from a buddy and like the gun a lot but every now and again when I eject the brass the whole cylinder starts to slide off. Never had this happen before with any wheel gun. I don't have the owners manual but I am pretty darn sure this should not be occurring. Any advice would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with a M&P 340. When I was cleaning it the cylinder slid off the yoke. I pushed it back on and it hasn't happened again.


I have heard of others having the same problem that have sent the revolver back to S&W. ?
