Are the full size and compact the same distance to trigger? Frame size the same? Trikerider

You mean without any backstraps?

The different backstraps allow you to change the distance as well as the width of the grip.

Same distance to trigger. The compact will have a shorter grip ( holds a couple less rounds), shorter slide and barrel.
