Just purchased my first ever pistol the M&P 40 PRO. I have fired several different pistols overtime and never experienced a thing like that. My sense is that something is hitting the trigger during the cycle that should 't. Before I declare a problem I wanted to know what some of you who are familiar with the workings think about this. Is there some inherrent nature to this mechanism that telegraphs other actions back into the trigger?
The pull is smooth and consistent and I like it better than others I have fired except my son's Kimber 1911 40. That is a nice trigger but mine is nice enough except for the sting. I am good for about 25 rounds and the fingertip is mush.
