M&P 45c night sites, holsters?

I'm looking to replace my front site on my M&p 45c. Midway shows the S&W and the Novak. Anyone have experiecnce with either of these? The Novaks are Trijicon, not sure what the Smith's are.
Also I'm looking for holster suggestions from M&P 45 owners specifically.
Am I understanding the Glock 21 holsters fit?
Any discussion on the M&P 45c would be greatly appreciated.
I'm a new owner and any info is like food to me!

For what it is worth, and I understand that everyone has their own opinions, the TFO Truglo tritium and fiber optics combination are phenomenal. Glow well in dark or low light and really show up in daytime.... As for holsters, I have the Crossbreed super tuck and with some minor mods it is really great. I did order a Mernickel PS6 and can't wait for it to get here. The 45c is a little tricky to conceal well. But with some work and willingness to dress around it carries very well...Good luck.
