M&P 9C Wonder Pistol/Shield

I bought an M&P 9C a couple of months ago and since have put about 600 rounds through it. It cycled flawlessly eating all the cheap range ammo I fed it. I am always amazed when I leave the range how accurate and easy this weapon is fire. I've read some complaints about the trigger but I have none. I'm sure the Apex trigger is wonder but I don't need it hitting targets at 25 yards with ease.

I like the 9C so well I found and prepaid for a shield to be delivered mid November 2012. Adventures Outdoors in Smyrna Ga will be receiving 100 9mm and 100 .40s. If you go to the store the price is $409.95 over the internet it's $525 -$548. I guess they want locals who will come back to the store and charging a premium for out of state as it will be a one time sale.

Can't wait to receive the shield and get back to the range.

Glad you like your 9c. It took me awhile to get used to mine but love it now. Im thinking about getting a shield for summer carry and use my 9c for range and home defence.

You will likely find the 9c is a little better shooting gun than the Shield. This is due to it being a little bit larger and heavier. The slightly longer barrel also gives a longer sight radius for better accuracy. That being said, the size and weight differences are minimal. You will get to compare the two triggers and there you should fine the Shield's trigger is better.

I am picking up a .40c later in November. How are you guys carrying these compacts? I have a Taurus 9mm slim that I iwb in a Remora holster.
