Check the S&W website, the M&P Pro may have adjustables. If not, there's sure to be someone making aftermarket sights by now. Check Novak, Inc. or search Wayne Novak.

The PRO doesn't have adjustables, but I saw a custom 9L with F/O Novak adjustables on it.
